The County Assembly of Mombasa has convened a three-day workshop on βPromoting Integrity: The Importance of Conflict of Interest Management in Public Serviceβ for Board Members and Senior Officials.
In his keynote address, Clerk Mr. Salim Juma reaffirmed the Assemblyβs commitment to upholding integrity in the discharge of its mandate.
The workshop was officially opened by EACC Coast Regional Manager Mr. Abdulhamid Low, who shared insights on ethical leadership, accountability and conflict of interest management.
The sessions are being facilitated by Deputy Director, Ethics Development and Monitoring Mr. Ben Murei, OGW, together with Senior Ethics Officers Mr. Yattani Golo and Mr. Derrick Kaisha.
The training reaffirms the Assemblyβs commitment to entrenching a culture of integrity and responsible leadership in service to the people of Mombasa.
